XF 1.4 How to disable the "upload a file" button?

I want to disable the "upload a file" button, so member use only image host servers for uploading their photos. How am i going to do that?

Set the "Upload attachments to posts" permission to Not Set (No) for the Registered user group. Ensure all secondary user groups also have the same setting unless you want to allow the permission to any group.

Another way is just specify the files you want to allow members to upload to your server by going to options > Attachments, "Allowed Attachment File Extensions" remove all unwanted file types and leave the rest.

After a second thought i think is better to remove the button entirely because users may upset if they see the button but can not upload images. They will start asking and some of them will think that might do something wrong etc
