XF 1.5 How to create this dynamic conversation link

I have this : conversations/add?to=User1T&title=sometitle

this works fine but

want something like this:

conversations/add?toUser1&User2T&title=sometitle

Possible?

Ok I just used title and a single user for now, will also post this insuggestions.
