XF 2.0 How to create navigation bar menus

When i click save i get an deny message saying "Please enter a value using only a-z, A-Z, 0-9, - and _ characters."

Where do i make this edit? it doesn't say or highlight where is the missing area

Very likely it is the url portion.

You are only allowed to have urls using standard latin characters, numbers and the two mentioned charachters above.

You probably have a "whitespace" in your url portion, like "my tab" which is not allowed.
You must use "my_tab" or "mytab" or "my-tab"

I got it up but it's not what i had in mind. I want it to go on the navigation bar, not in middle of site where the categories/forums are located.

The current navigation menus on my site are: home, forum, what's new, member.
I want add alongside them a "Rules & Guideline" tab. How would i do this?

I noticed the new tabs i created have a small question mark icon on them. How can i remove them? or they part of theme i'm using below

It is from te theme, ask the theme developer.
