How to control approve thread of xenforo?

Hi All,
This is Narayana, Recently I bought Xenforo.
suppose a new user add a new thread it is not visible to home page. It is on;ly show admin page because due to security reason of my page. And also admin watch the thread after he can approve the thread then it is visible in home page? It is possible in Xenforo1.5?

If you are asking about moderating threads by new users this is possible. Set "Follow message moderation rules" to no for Registered users.
