How to configure LiteSpeed cache with XenForo ? (RewriteRule)

Hello,

I don't know what rewrite rules needs to be set in LiteSpeed in order to use it's cache/private cache.

I made the tmp dir, chmoded it, enabled the cache in LS's panel, but I don't know what rewrite rules needs to be set up.
