How to? Comparing two MySQl Datbases

I have two IPB databases that I want to merge into one database. One of them converts without errors the other one doesn't.

Is there a tool I can use to compare the structure of each database to see what the differences are in order to attempt to fix this error?

I guess one way would be dumping both databases and compare the dumps using a tool like BeyondCompare.
