XF 2.2 How to change Site URL

My domain was hacked, and I can't have access to it. I moved old forum files including my database to forum.advisordia.com
The database have been imported. Please, how do i change the forum url and admin login via phpMyAdmin

And is there anything else that need to be configured for everything to work well?

I take it that the database details haven't changed? If they have, you must update the database details at the config.php that is located inside the src folder in the forum root directory.

You must also update the update the Board Url value in your Admin panel ->Setup -> Options -> Basic options so it reflects the new location of the forum. This is best done through the Admin panel and not phpmyadmin.

I have been able to log-in to the admin and change the basic option to reflect the new location of the forum. But the homepage https://forum.advisordia.com/ couldn't open. Is there anything else to check
