How to 'Change Intervals' of the List Notices?:

I cannot seem to find out where I can slow down the interval that each List Notice I have selected change from one to the other. Does anyone know where I go to change how slow it can change?

I think you can find that from the 'Notices' style property: 'Interval Between Notices' and 'Animation speed for notices'.
