How to avoid XenForos Header Shiver ?

When I browse pages here and on my community and move from one page to another, the header shivers, meaning for some small but noticeable time the header is off, then reloads. The content is presented right away. Just sometimes after the content is already there, the header appears after that.

The header is actually at the bottom and moved into position with CSS.

Do you have a slow connection?

My internet is fine here I think, I remember noticing that issue also on a very fast line.

On my old setup I moved my header to the top with a template edit, but I want to avoid as much edits as possible. Maybe someone figure out how to avoid the shivering even with the header at the bottom of HTML? That would be great !
