XF 2.1 How to address a specific post?

Hello,


under XF 1.5 I could address a specific post by using an URL like mysite.com/forums/posts/12345

I keep references to posts I made, and in the past it was enough to have the post ID to construct an URL to bring up the post (along with the associated thread) in a browser.

Under 2.1 this does no longer work, so how can I do it?
