How to add new sub route prefix in the account page?

I have been developing my first add-on for some time now, the add-on uses custom user fields and there's many fields, so I figured I would add the add-on into a new route in a new account tab, how can I do that and how can I include those fields into that tab?

Thank you James for the quick response, I was reading that when I wrote this post but it still not helping me to achieve what I want, I already made a custom route with the help of this post from Chris D, it's working well but I wanted to include that page in the account setting tab.
