Do you mean add an extra option to the poll ?
Like you have 4 options, and you want to add a 5th ?

No, I mean add a poll into the thread that dont have poll, or delete the poll of that thread (to make them into thread with no poll).

As well, I'm not sure why practical things can't be the solution ...

I wouldn't want polls deleted if I voted on them, or started the poll. Or I wouldn't want other people's polls deleted.
Why not just lock the poll ? and start another thread ?

Because that is a very big thread, it draw almost all attention. If I lock the poll and create new thread, there will be hard to let my users come & vote

The reason that I need to keep View Count is that my forum is that I dont want to lose my users' mind when the View is reset to 0
