How should I update the addon?

This may be a bit of a silly question, but I'm a newbie and I don't know how to proceed.

I bought an addon a while ago and now it has been updated to a new version. How should I update the addon? Is there a tutorial that explains it?

Go to the add-ons page in the ACP and click this button:



Then select the archive file.
