How many user upgrades do you sell?

I'm curious how many user upgrades the average forum sell?
There are people that have a fulltime income from their forum so i guess it must be a lot.
What does work, what does not?

I use the upgrades as donations. - I can't say I get many but hopefully someday they will start rolling in. It's hard for me to keep this site above water, being on a disabled veteran pension. I would love to get at least 50% of what it is costing me each month to keep us online. Someday!

I just use the upgrades for my clan members. Im just looking to cover the costs of my site and gaming hosting and other incidentals.

I have one, with two options. A subscription or single year (which can be gifted).

I offer $2.50/month to disable ads. Gets a fair amount of people willing to do it to help us out.
