How many notifications are emailed monthly?

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to identify how many notifications were emailed last month to the whole of our membership, including both a monthly newsletter, AND automatic notifications for threads watched, registrations, conversations, etc.

Looking into using MailGun but with 16 thousands members, I'd like to have a more accurate way to calculate a monthly cost.
