Full fluency: 3, semi fluent: 2, bits and bobs of 6. Used to be better with the last set, but if you don't use it you lose it!
Some people can't Finnish learning Flemish because it's difficult and may cause Flemish material to be coughed up.

I liked your post because I had to look up Flemish to find out if it was real or not. Turns out it is real and I still have to chuckle.
