How long does provisioning take?

I paid for XenForo on the cloud an hour and a half ago, it says it’s usually ready in 15 minutes but it’s not? I haven’t received an email yet. Is this normal?

It unfortunately failed again at a different point so just running it through again. Bear with us. Provisioning does a lot of stuff and, while rare, it can sometimes trip itself up.

I’m in now, but it’s giving me this message at the top of the Admin panel, will it sort itself out?

The following issues must be resolved as soon as possible. Once they have been resolved, check for upgrades again to confirm.

• This installation does not have an API key so the upgrade check could not be completed.

Have been waiting more than 4 hours here, does it need a similar kick or are there a lot of people signing up today?

edit: the URL seems to be up, but the order page hasn't changed from "refresh this page", and I haven't got the email with admin user/pass.

It looks like the server provisioning stalled.

We'll get that resolved and once it's up and running you'll receive an email with the log in credentials.
