How do you set a forum so all threads need to be approved? [SOLVED]

I see this question has been answered a few times for an older version of XenForo, but the answers to not seem to apply to XF2.3

Under Admincp / Forums, select the Node. Advanced options, Moderate new threads posted...

Thanks, phil. But what happens when Advanced options isn't coming up? I used to see it, and it's not there anymore.

Edit: Nevermind, I was looking in the category. Advanced options are in forums but not categories.

It's collapsed at the bottom of the node option page.
