How do you change the colour of the font in unselected nav tabs?

I am trying to change the colour of the font in unselected tabs (i.e. the members and help tabs when you are viewing the forums).

It seems that it should be changed through the navigation tab class within the style properties area but when I change the font colour nothing happens. I know I have the right class as when I change the background for this class the tab background colour changes like it should. Unfortunately, the font doesn't change.

Is this a bug or is the nav tab font color controlled by a primary colour instead of being controlled directly?

Add to EXTRA.css:

.navTabs .navTab.PopupClosed .navLink {
color: @primaryDark;
}

Change the colour to suit.
