How Do Mods Use Discouraged?

We all know the feature... its excellent, and mods need to be able to access it along with spam... so how do they?

My only findings are through being an admin and accessing the user panel. Mods do the majority of work on a forum... is it possible? If not... then I guess I will go for a feature request.

Not the best solution but you could create a new admin user group to place your moderators in and remove all administrative permissions accept Manage Users and Moderators.

I am not sure if I will ever want to use that feature.

I did give that a shot Lawrence... but the only problem is that it opens up mods ability to even change the permissions on a super admin account... because I did it via a test account doing exactly what you stated. I don't want mods having that type of access...

Looks like I'll go to feature request and mod request.
