How do I send DMCA notice to VBULLETIN???

Members of the vBulletin.ORG website have stolen copyrighted CompleteGFX styles, icons sets, and other works that they are refusing to remove.

vBulletin.org refuses to acknowledge my copyright and my request to have those files removed. Their members are ripping PSD and styles which they also refuse to remove.

I have a strong case against them for 10 counts of piracy.

Please help me out so I can send them 10 DMCA notices. Thanks!!!!!

*EDIT: If you read some of those links, I say that some skins mentioned are free. These skins are free like a prize giveaway. They were NOT meant to be FREE FOREVER. It the title says free, it was meant to be free until I SAY OTHERWISE. I am saying otherwise now.

I see that 5 styles from your list are in the Graveyard and the user is banned. Another two styles from your list posted by the same user (unenergizer) however still can be downloaded.

While I sympathize with anyone whose work is being misappropriated, this isn't really the ideal forum on which to be making your accusations. I'd suggest taking it up in a support ticket with vBulletin staff.
