How do I make a drop shadow on content page?

So I needed to make a Drop Shadow type outline of the content page.

My solution was to make an image for the background. The problem of this.. the page isn't solid- and I don't intend it to be. So the drop shadow moves around.

Here is what it looks like.



How would I put this effect on the page, and keeping the page Liquid would result in the shadow moving with it?

Thanks though that thread is for a fixed width page. I have already worked that out as shown in the image. Was looking for a solution to a liquid width problem. I guess there isn't an option for applying something to the boarder.
