XF 2.1 How do I identify the account that triggered this?

From the bounced email log:

"View" just shows me all the cPanel information but no information on the intended recipient. I've been seeing a lot of attempted spam and spambot registrations in the Approval queue - could this be one of those? i.e., from the confirm email address? If so, how do I get rid of it?
