How do I disable force terms/privacy in XF 1.5.20 beta?

I activated this last night after upgrading. However, I would like to disable this until the bug re: default checking "receive news and updates" is resolved, so that our consents are GDPR-compliant. I don't see a way, however, in AdminCP to disable the force terms/privacy options – just an option to confirm.

If you require support, you will need to associate your forum user name with your license and post in the relevant customer support forum.
