XF 1.5 How do I disable force terms/privacy in XF 1.5.20 beta?

I activated this last night after upgrading. However, I would like to disable this until the bug re: default checking "receive news and updates" is resolved, so that our consents are GDPR-compliant. I don't see a way, however, in AdminCP to disable the force terms/privacy options – just an option to confirm.

Force privacy policy agreement and Force terms and rules agreement have not disable option after hit save button? Asking to @Chris D about this, as well if have any chance for Beta 2 release.
