XF 2.0 How do I call a template from within another template?

Sorry for the noob question but I have searched the forums without any luck.

I want to create a template eg mytemplate1 and reference it from within the PAGE_CONTAINER template.

What is the syntax and format for the "call" in the PAGE_CONTAINER template?
