How do I block spam from our contact form?

I keep receiving junk via our contact form. What are best practices for blocking, filtering or ?? this junk?

Should I just delete it and move on or?

Change the captcha method: http://xenforo.com/help/spam/

You will never be able to stop human spammers though; they're as capable of answering captcha questions as anyone else.
