How do I add user group permissions to an independent PHP file?

I created a new, run-of-the-mill PHP file in my Xenforo directory called ShowVideo.php.

I don't want unregistered users to be able to view this PHP file however. How would I prevent unregistered users from viewing it, using PHP if possible ?

I found an alternative solution... BUT it would still be cool if I can do the above to add an extra layer of security

Well, you'd have to integrate the core XenForo framework by loading the autoloader and dependency classes etc, then perform a user check.
