Date joined can be enabled in Style Properties -> Message Elements.

It should be inline by default. What version of XenForo are you on (you didn't choose a prefix when making this thread)?

It's an issue with your style.

Switch to the Kitchen Sink style here and you will see they are aligned left/right by default.
