XF 2.2 How do I add text next to the Logo URL in the header?

I'd like to add text right of the Logo URL in the header. Anyone know how I can do this?

Use the ad header position.

I tried the Setup > Advertising > Add Advertisement > Position: Container Header.

It sticks it to the right. I'm sure there's some CSS, but I just created a PNG banner with the text.

I have a somewhat related question.

I am currently using a copyrighted photo as the image in my Header/Logo row Background.
It is possible to add a row of text above the Navigation row, and below the background image, so as to credit the photographer (i.e. a photo credit line)?

...or perhaps add a row of text over the background image at the bottom of the photo?
