How do forum owners manage time?

It is not really phone support. My number is on my store as a requirement of the CC processor. It does not show up anywhere on the forum. Some forum members find the number on the store and call.

My e-mail count is through the roof. I will have to come back and explain the nature of my emails.

Get a phone numbers, where they have to pay much more for calling.

So => many won't call you, and if they call you, you earn money;)

Sounds like you need a moderator for your forum that can take care of the more menial tasks. As far as the phone calls go, I would honestly just hang up on people who don't get that your forum is your hobby and your shop is your business. If they have no respect for your time then they can go and **** themselves, you don't need them on your forum.

Maybe it's not cool, because we clearly don't learn from mistakes and keep repeating them :D But.... everyone has their own lessons. By the way, the idea of a paid phone number is good, but it will lose a lot of users both in terms of activity and as customers.
