XF 2.1 How display user location under Username and avatar?

I've enabled Location in the Styles > Messages customization, and I can see the user's location when I hover over their username, but how to have it displayed under the avatar on the left column? Can't figure this out!

1. See this. If it is a custom user field, you need to make them available too.
2. Did you check with the default style, maybe it is a style issue?
3. Do you have any addons installed which remove location, website age etc. fields?

Any idea where I can find the "viewable in message user info" option?

It is not a custom field. Just the basic Location field.

I'm using the Shades of Gray style

No addons installed.

Still stumped!

Yes, that's what I'm working with. Changing these options doesn't make any difference.

Then you will most likely need to contact the style author, if the fields are not displaying.

Noob mistake... I was enabling the Message > Location on the Default style and not the Shades of Grey style I'm using. Embarrassed....
