XF 1.5 How can you add a Static Homepage to my Site

Everytime I try to add a Page it adds it to the Bottom of the Forum

Page nodes sit in the node tree just like forums.

You can alter the position by changing the Display Order.

If you want the page node to be at the top, set it to 1 and ensure all other nodes have a value of greater than 1.
