XF 1.5 How can my staff change user's username?

I have been looking for it here but I haven't found nothing, sorry.

A lot of users ask to change their username in the forum. I can do it without any problem but my moderators can.

Any suggestion?

This is only exposed within the admin control panel.

I understand. So I guess there is an add on for that (I mean, own users can change it) right?
