XF 2.1 How can I show only part of the content in email notifications?

When someone replies a watched thread/forum, an email notification is sent to a user. How can I make the email only a few words instead of complete reply content?

Or even better, blur out the rest of the content?

ACP -> Setup -> Options -> Email options. Uncheck "Include full message text in watched thread/forum notification emails." and Save.
