XF 2.1 How can I search for users awaiting email confirmation?

We just migrated to XF2 from vBulletin and our email isn't online yet.
I've got many users who tried to change their password or do something else which required two-step or email confirmation.
Who are now locked out/in limbo.

I cannot figure out how to search for any remaining users who are in "awaiting email confirmation" status.
