XF 2.2 How can I save the translation of an add-on for later use? (I have to re-install it)

Hi Guys!
How can I save the translation of an add-on for later usage?

Im having trouble with an addon, there's a bug (I think ) with Chat 2 by Siropu and I wasnt able to solve it, even after I rebuild" it there's still issue with it.
The forum wasnt able to give me any help, so as a last resolt I want to clean re-install it, but if possible I want to save the translations before I proceed. Any way to do it?

Well, I want to use it!

The reason why I want to uninstall because I want to make sure if the bug still persist. (Im not an IT guy, but I thought if I uninstall and reinstall it ... it might solve it? )

ACP > Appearance > Language > Export > Choose the concerned add-on in the dropdown list then export...

To check if the bug still exists all you do is disable.

Well, the bug is in itself the add-on, so if I disable it will be gone ... with the rest of the add-on.
So that's not a good solution IMO. I hope you get what I mean.

So you can export the language as noted and reinstall and if that does not work you can report the bug and disable until it is fixed or use it with the bug.
