how can i restore my paypal

hello cant login to my account paypal; though i have the correct email i can used and i have my credit card info; but i lose, or someone hacked mine and change info secret; when i try change password, paypal demand the secret question!!!
what shoud i do to restore my account

Contacting PayPal would have been the obvious thing to do I would have thought.

Like I said scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a link that says Help & Contact.

no page to cntact support paypal as guest....try to write msg as guest...log out from your account!! you must logging to write or by phone!!

You can't contact them in writing without logging in, but PayPal is a large company that serves most of the world. I'm sure they have a representative that speaks your language.
