How can I install xenforo in subfolder "forums"

Hello,

we're working on a new community where Drupal 7 will be our cms and - hopefully - xenforo our forum software.

I would like to install xenforo in www.mydomain.de/forums. However, drupal has its own index.php in the domains root. Is it possible to install xenforo completely in a "forums" subfolder without any files in the root?

If you install it in the /forums directory, there will be no XenForo related files in the root.
