Use Brogan's link and look at the BBCode subcategory in Add Ons. You'll find various managers there plus all BBCode related stuff.

Sorry for bumping the thread, but I am unable to find how to use h2, h3, h4 titles when typing out a post or a reply.

Can this be done in 1.4? Its really strange that there is no such an option, as titles are important for readability and SEO as well.
