How can I download all the Emails of members registered?

I have an old XenForo website with a couple of hundred users registered and I am wanting to download all the emails of users who have signed up before so I can send news letters about my community re-opening with using XenForo as I am moving forum software, thanks!

From the mysql table using phpmyadmin or another similar tool...
They are in the xf_user table

ACP > Users > Email Users

Use the "Only generate a list of email addresses" option at the top of the page.

With this option:

ACP > Users > Email Users --> Use the Only generate a list of email addresses option.

There are some file editing or similar that can be done to generate a csv or txt file.
