XF 1.5 How can I delete certain IP's?

I was using Incapsula a while back, and for some reason it started applying their IP's to members IP's. So when trying to find people using multiple aliases, its made of mess of things. I went into the xf_ip table but do not see any IP's there. How can I delete all the IP's in this range?
