XF 1.1 How Can I Create a Development XF Site Copy?

I am trying to create a development site so I can play around with the themes/visual aspects of my website but I can't access the admin section of the dev site.

I have copied the site directory to a new folder and dumped the database to a separate database (and updated the config.php file to point to the new database) but whenever I try to login to the admin section I get redirected to my live site.

Is there a database entry I need to change in order to access the XF admin from the dev site?
