RM 1.1 How can I add a discussion to my RM pages?

I use RM 1.1 and want to organize information (no downloads) like here, for example:

Here you two tabs: "Overview" and "Discussion".

I have a category "documents" and when I create a new document resource I just have "overview" as a tab.
Unfortunately I'm not sure how to activate the discussion tab. Can you help?

It's an option in each category - Automatically Create Thread in Forum.
