XF 1.5 How 2 Change Default Site is currently closed message

How do you change the wording on this default message when your site is down.

The site is currently closed. Only administrators may access the site.

You can edit the phrase. In the ACP, search the phrases, putting "The site is currently closed. Only administrators may access the site" into the "Text contains" field to find it.

Technically, the default phrase uses "forum" there instead of "site". But that message is only shown to admins.

What everyone sees is controlled by the "Inactive board message" option.

Ty, Mike we set up my test site yesterday and I was worry other may confuse it with the actual active fourm. As always thanks again 4 your help.

I think that is a change in XenForo 2.0. In XenForo 1.x the phrase uses "site".

So it does -- still has the "forum" in the phrase name of course. (Plus I actually missed the prefix. )
