Fixed Hover over member avatar on the Members screen shows <name>, Messages

As title.

The popup on hover makes no sense.
If I hover over Kier it states "Kier, Messages".

I also notice on the new members panel it shows <name>, Joined.

Yeah, same issue - caught that one. Must've made a mistake while phrasing the text.
