Hi, Is there such a addon that allows people to like posts with a thumbs up image.

One of the most popular xF add-ons does exactly that. You can change out the default sprites for any image of your choosing. I think there's sprite sheets out there somewhere for FB etc type like images.

Could use that, with a flame and a piece of coal.. or even make 1 - 10 and ppl can rate accordingly..

Yep. I did that for a section of my forum. I made some 1-5 star images, created the ratings to use them, and they can even be limited to use in just that section of the forum (and the normal ones prevented from use). The ratings can be prevented from counting against the poster. It creates a review section of the forum where you can rate the content, not the poster. The Post Rating system can be used in some interesting ways. It's not perfect for everything, but it's not a long way off.
