Hosting attachments on NAS device

I've never tried this, but how to configure XenForo to upload attachments directly to your NAS device? Does anyone use it like this?

Well, considering you can mount NFS, you could just direct the internal data to the mounted folder...

Or, run something like Minio on your NAS and run it as a S3 Compatible endpoint for your forum.. however if you intend to do this out of your home, the performance is likely to be poor if your forum is hosted somewhere else in the world.
