Host and Port textbox not display in Enhanced search configuration

I have purchased and installed XF Enhanced search.

But I am not able to see "Host" and "Port" configuration options on my live site, although I can see it in my local setup.

Which license is this related to?

The one your user name is associated with does not have ES.

@Brogan, yeah it's registered with customer account, but anyways thanks for checking back. Seems to be OK, the issue was that while installing the plugin, we had timeout issues, so may be installation was not complete.

Also, one thing if you could provide insight into. I've around 5200000 posts, but after indexing it only shows 4100000 documents at AWS elastic, do you have any idea why it has skipped so many posts? Any way to compare which documents are missing in Elastic index? Is it supposed to skip deleted/moderated posts or something like that?
