XF 2.3 Horizontal lines appearing in Approval queue

Hello all,

Anyone know what could be causing these horizontal lines appearing in the approval queue?

I am using Andrew mod panel but even if I disable that, the lines remain.

I also see 34 in the approval queue but nothing in the queue itself. It's almost as if those lines ARE the ones that need to be approved...

This occured out of nowhere...

Any thoughts?
